Stretch & Strengthen Pilates Workout
We all spend too much time sitting at desks or on sofas in the modern world, which means our muscles get short and weak. Even if we do exercise, we never spend enough time stretching thoroughly. This workout is designed to stretch the key muscles of the body, reversing daily damage, but also to strengthen them to help maintain posture and reduce skeletal pressure. All of these can be broken down to suit your body and done everyday in small chunks according to your needs.
