Reformer on the Mat

Whether we are locked down or haven't got time to get to the studio, we can still keep up our reformer practice at home.  This a good workout, recreating some reformer exercises on the mat with a flex band.  Make sure your band is a minimum 1.5m long. (Please excuse my terrible editing!
