Personalised Food Plans

Apollo Pilates is about more than fitness.  It's about health and wellbeing.  Now more than ever it is critical to maintain a healthy diet, but knowing where to start can be overwhelming.

We are here to help.

Telephone and email consultations are available for us to work with you to devise a two-week food plan, with full recipes, to get you started.

​

We will take into account dietary requirements and likes and dislikes, as well as any underlying health issues, such as cholesterol or high blood pressure.

​

Packages are £35, just book a time for a chat when is most convenient for you.
